At Embark Studios Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After our studio team inspects your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
